On November 28th, 2015, PACA held its Annual Seminar in the Leonardo D’Vinci Meeting Room, Savage Branch & STEM Education Center, Howard County Public Library, Maryland. The theme of the seminar was “Gaining financial independence.” The conference was attended by participants from Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC and Pakistan.
